In actuality, you are simply buying and reselling "usernames" that are used by your teachers, students and their parents to gain access to single computer licenses of our downloadable products.

Here's how the program works...

You purchase usernames from us that are used to gain access to our core downloadable product, Awesome Grades in Math and Science (plus new products that will be added to the program in the near future). Each username is a 10 digit code and will be provided to you in a list (a text file), one per line, like this...

You purchase these usernames in quantity at up to 96% off our regular prices.
You then resell these usernames to your "customers" - teachers, students and their parents - at higher prices that you set. The difference is your profit.
Each customer goes to the AGMS download page on the AwesomeGrades.com Web site (we'll give you the Web page address) and will be prompted to enter his username. If the username is valid, your customer will be given instant access to the downloadable file and will have 24 hours to start downloading (the download itself only takes a few minutes).

Customers can download the program to any computer they like... their own personal computer at home, work, etc. (but only to one computer per username).

Please note: These usernames may not be used to download/install the program on school computers that are accessible to your school's general student and/or teacher population. »	Huge Profit Margins. Here's an example of how much money an average size school could realistically make... Say your school buys 500 licenses at $2.00 each - total investment $1,000.00. You then resell them for say $10.00 each -- that's 67% off the regular $29.95 price - a great deal for your school's teachers/students/parents. Your profit... $8.00 each ($10.00-$2.00), for a total profit of $4,000.00 (500x$8.00) - a 400% return! Your school may make more or less than this amount of course, depending on various factors (size of school, price you resell licenses for, etc.). But I'm sure you can just imagine the potential!
»	Low Purchase Requirement. Your school can purchase as little as 50 AGMS licenses... for only $5.00 each -- a terrific option for very small schools.
»	Price Protection On Subsequent Smaller Purchases. Once you purchase licenses at a particular "price level" (see "Price Each" in chart above), you will never pay more than that price on subsequent purchases of additional licenses (but you may pay less). For example, let's say your initial purchase is 1,000 licenses at $1.50 each. Then, a few days, weeks, or months later you decide to purchase an additional 100 licenses. On the additional 100 licenses, you will still pay only $1.50 each -- not $4.00 each as per the price chart above. Of course, if at some point you make an additional purchase of say 2,000 licenses, then you would pay only $1.25 on that purchase and you would never pay more than this price on any subsequent purchases, regardless of the quantity of licenses being purchased. Bottom line: We don't penalize you with a higher price on future purchases of smaller license quantities.

»	No Web Site Required. Your school, board, or department of education does not need to have a Web site to participate... just an e-mail address.
»	Online and Offline Marketing Tools. We give you a variety of graphics, text links, testimonials, and promotional letter templates that you can use on your Web site, in your e-mails, and in your offline marketing, such as information handouts. For example, you may want to distribute a one page letter to all your students and teachers covering the following points... the key features and benefits of AGMS i.e. effective math and science success strategies, enhanced skills, greater self-confidence, improved grades, etc. our Web site address where they can get more detailed product information if they like, and a reminder to NOT purchase directly from us at regular prices the special price (determined by you) that YOU are offering them as a result of your school's/district's bulk purchasing power that a portion of all sales (as determined by you) will be used for the benefit of the school/district (in general or in particular i.e. to buy more computers - you decide) instructions on how to purchase (i.e. who to pay, when, where, etc.) the Web site address where they go to download their product (which they'll need after they make their purchase) that upon purchasing they will be given a username that they will need to enter on the above Web page to gain access to the downloadable file (our template letter contains a space, right beside the Web page address, where the purchaser can write down his username) We will provide you with a sample template letter that contains the above information. All you do is edit the letter as you see fit and distribute it to your students and teachers.
»	Buy and Resell Licenses and We Do The Rest. Once you collect money from your students and teachers and distribute usernames to them, your job is done. We handle any support needs they may have, such a assistance with downloading their new product or anything else.
»	New Students Mean Profits Year After Year. You can resell our products to all the new students and teachers that come to your school/district every year, so you could be generating thousands of additional dollars every year for years to come. Plus, every time we introduce a new product to the program, it is very likely that your current customers will make additional purchases from you, which means you can earn ongoing commissions from the same customers year after year with only minimal effort on your part!
»	3 Year Username Validity. Each username remains valid until it is has been used, up to 3 years after it was issued to your school. You most likely won't have any difficulty selling our products quickly, but in the worst case, you can always sell them next month, next year, or anytime within 3 years.
